Refund policy

AnA 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the invoice date. Proof of purchase from AnA is required. If AnA or Manufacturer is at fault, AnA will arrange free return shipping. Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please note: this policy does not apply to items sold as “Final Sale.”

Final Sale Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or cancelled:

  • Custom items
  • Products ordered through our Custom Product Center on anasourcing.com
  • Special-order items
  • Emergency response items
  • Items marked as “Non-Cancellable” or “Non-Returnable” in quotations or invoices
  • Any other items AnA designates as Final Sale

When returning an item:

  • Carefully package the item and include the packing slip.
  • Indicate the reason for return on the slip. If it’s unavailable, include the purchase date, original invoice number, and item number.
  • Let us know whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations

Immediate Shipments
Due to the speed of our fulfillment process, we cannot cancel orders designated for immediate shipment. If your order is backordered or scheduled to ship two or more business days out, contact Customer Care and we’ll do our best to help.

Custom Orders
All custom orders are Final Sale. Cancellations, returns, refunds, or credits are not permitted.

Exceptions and Important Notes

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, include all components, and be in new condition.
  • Additional information or photos may be required to process your return.
  • Returns received without a packing slip may be charged a 15% processing fee.
  • If a manufacturer charges a restocking fee for special order items, that fee will be passed on to the customer.
  • AnA reserves the right to refuse or limit returns that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.
